Argon Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile applications including Agent Classified. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Agent Classified does not gather, store, or transmit any personal data, usage analytics, location information, or device identifiers. All game data — including your progress, preferences, and purchase status — is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.

In-App Purchases

Agent Classified offers an optional in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any financial details. Apple’s own privacy policy governs how your purchase data is handled.

Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services into our apps.

Children’s Privacy

Because we do not collect any data whatsoever, our apps are safe for users of all ages. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations.
